Many commentators found the UDRP decision (in which the registrant was unrepresented) to have been grossly unfair and unsupportable. Since the domain name was registered at Tucows in Toronto, Canada and the Complainant submitted to the jurisdiction of the location of the registrar, the lawsuit was commenced in Ontario
